Caribbean Soul
Hey Everybody, I’m out in downtown Augusta today. I was hired to photograph the new food at the Caribbean Soul Restaurant. So, if you are truly in the mood for a relaxed atmosphere, head out to the restaurant located at 873 Broad Street. It is owned by Lisie Roole, and Aurbey Thom. Lisie has brought the Caribbean food to Augusta so you can experience for yourself the culture and the taste of truly authentic carribbean cuisine. He grew up with a Dad who taught him how to cook, and has brought this spice of life to us in his new restaurant. The restaurant features Jerk Chicken, Curry Goat, Jerk wraps, and Jerk Salads, red beans and rice and green beans. The restaurant has only been open three weeks and is doing fabulous. This Friday they are going to be featured on the NBC 11:00 morning show, and later this month Austin Rhodes will do his radio show from their restaurant! It is truly an exciting time for the new place and there food is fabulous! And affordable! Caribbean Soul I wish you the best with your new restaurant!
