As Pastor Scott said it, the 17 th of July was a very good day! For on this day, Melissa married Charles. It was a very quiet wedding held on a late beautiful summer evening at the Tender Sprouts Church. In attendance was Taylor T. Roberts (Melissa’s daughter) and Melissa’s sister, Ophelia Wright. Ophelia brought her daughter Saucony Alexis. Also in attendance was their son Jordan T. Simpkins. And although it was a small wedding, it had to be one of the most beautiful. Several times as I watched Melissa she had joy in every expression she held. It was a very blessed wedding. To the both of you congratulations on your marriage! ~Sally
