Hey Everybody, it must be Augusta, GA… but who golfs here in August with this crazy heat??? It must be our pro golfers…. that’s who and this week the PSPGT traveled to Evans (my very own neighborhood) to the beautiful Jones Creek Golf Club. Jones Creek Golf Club hosted the Jones Creek/TPMA Classic. Our community golf course boasts beautiful dogwoods, azaleas, elevation changes and some of the finest Tif Eagle Bermuda greens in the area. The players had a great week at the Jones Creek Club. Breakfast was provided for the players by Einstein Bagels for both rounds. Yum Yum…and the Club at Jones Creek provided lunch for the players after round one. They are closing in on the final weeks of the season and Jimmy Brandt still holds a commanding lead in the Q School Points Race.And for all of us we are so happy, it was a great week here in Jones Creek and the TPMA as our very own Chris Gold won the tournament!!!!
P.S. One of the golfers is missing a very special golf club so if any of you find it on the course please turn it into Jim Burton. It was last seen up at the clubhouse early this morning.
Update to the PS…Thank you guys you are awesome ….golf club was found on the 18th hole and turned in, you all are AWESOME!!!! And everyone here at Jones Creek thanks you!!!
