Hey Everybody, I wanted to update you on our April 27th post.
~ JUNIOR INVITATIONAL-Preview images by visiting our PhotoStore. Galleries are listed by date.
~ YMCA SPORTS TEAM INDIVIDUAL (GREEN SCREEN) PHOTOS-many of you who have already received their order have contacted our studio to advise us of flaws in the individual photos-for example, blurring on the sleeves, seeing the background through the soccer ball. As orders are sent directly to you from the lab, we are not aware of these problems, unless you bring them to our attention. Please know we want you to be completely satisfied with your photos, so do not hesitate to contact us immediately and we will gladly replace your order at no charge.
~ MARSHALL YMCA- processing is complete. If you have not yet received your order, please contact us.
~ WILSON YMCA -virtual group artwork is in process at the lab for all the Wilson teams. I expect this to be completed within the next three business days. Then we will order everyone’s packages. Once they are ordered they will be delivered within four business days.
~ AIKEN YMCA- processing is complete. If you have not received your order, please contact us.
~ WRENS NORTH JEFFERSON YMCA T-BALL-processing is complete. If you have not received your order, please contact us.
~ MILITARY BALL-processing is complete. If you have not received your order, please contact us.
~ CUTNO DANCE STUDIO-Ferneasa has just sent me the final program choices and all parents have called in their photo choices, you can expect orders to go out in the next two weeks.
~ JENNIFER & JAMES’ WEDDING-images are currently being edited; the photos are FABULOUS. We expect to have them online within the next ten days.
~ RIVER RIDGE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL-Run Like A Hero For Mom-processing complete and you can expect to receive your photos within the next four business days.
~ ONLINE ORDERS-any online orders received as of this morning, will be complete within the next two weeks.
~ PHONE IN ORDERS-any phone orders received as of this morning will be complete within the next two weeks. Tammy Pye and Stacy Gore, this includes you!
~ EMAIL ORDERS-any orders I’ve received via email through this morning (i.e., Augusta Endonditcs); photos are currently being edited and you can expect to receive them within the next ten days.
~ Voicemail is clear, if you need anything from me, the best way to reach me and receive a timely response is to email me through the website. If you are contacting me regarding a YMCA order, remember to include the athlete’s name as well as your name and contact information.
